Less Restrictive Terms of Use for Annie Lang's Digital Art Images Effective as of February 2008 |

CREATIVE DIGITAL WORK AND FINISHED PROJECTS... BUT NOT ANNIE'S "AS IS" PRODUCT ART FILES, SCANS OF ART IMAGES AND BOOK PAGES OR DUPLICATES OF ANNIE'S ORIGINAL WORK!
Annie Lang is in no way surrendering copyrights to ANY images and usage rights for any creation made with "Annie Lang" art. Copyright usage terms may NOT be reassigned under any circumstances!
Annie Lang is a direct-to-consumer freelance digital artist design business and is currently not granting nor selling commercial licensing contract agreements.
If you are NOT a commercial product or gift industry manufacturer/distributor/reseller or wholesaler... you can use, freely distribute or sell handcrafted and printable items or projects you've individually created using Annie Lang's art images from her digital art kits, books, patterns, overlays, brushes, shapes, templates and craft kits as long as you follow these usage terms:
You must download/purchase Annie Lang's digital art files exclusively through www.anniethingspossible.com to insure you are not working with nor reselling her copyrighted files obtained through illegally posted files from unauthorized websites, groups distributions, message boards, etc.
Posting, distributing, sharing and reselling Annie's image files "AS IS" from any of her current or previously published work and products is strictly prohibited. You must use the FLATTENED images to create your OWN compositions, service items, how-to projects or novelty products! (tee shirts, hand painted items, printable labels, personalized ornaments, notepapers, tags, wrappers, greeting cards, scrapbook pages, party supplies, step by step instructional how-to projects etc.) Merely adding a border edge, filter texture or saving the file in another digital format does not constitute a "new composition"
You may NOT claim ownership of or sell Annie Lang images as digital kit elements, clipart or compilation kits...you must incorporate the art and MAKE something distinctly different with with the images. If your item can be identified as a duplicate "Annie Lang" image file from my product line ...it shouldn't be in yours!
If you sell downloadable products using Annie Lang graphic images...YOU MUST include designer credit and website link to insure consumers know the source of the artwork. Not only does this add credibility to your business but it helps promote the Creative Art Design Community. The credit and link should be posted within the downloadable product and also needs to be visibly posted along with the product description on your site for consumers to see prior to purchase. Here's an example of a viable credit link: "Annie Lang images included with permission www.anniethingspossible.com"

Using, incorporating or bundling Annie Lang art images into mass produced commercially manufactured/distributed licensed products or software programs of any kind is strictly prohibited (ie. digital games, photography and imaging software, desktop publishing program software, machine embroidery software, etc.) NOTE: COMMERCIAL PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCT SITES LIKE CAFEPRESS, ZAZZLE, etc ARE CONSIDERED AS A COMMERCIAL PRODUCT MANUFACTURER/DISTRIBUTORS and my graphics CANNOT BE USED TO CREATE THEIR COMMERCIALLY MANUFACTURED ITEMS!
This policy is applicable to all published materials made available through Annie's Creative Product Store prior to February 2008.
